A great new workout

I've recently changed my exercise regime at the gym, and the results have been encouraging. 
1.  Begin on the eliptical ski machine, and instead of using the handbars, just use legs instead, to intensify the exercise. 20 minutes.
2. Stretching for about 5 minutes.
3. 20 reps each on 10 weight machines. Push about 30% - 40% of your maximum load, and by the 20th rep it should be quite hard to complete. Make sure you move rapidly between machines, with no extended breaks.
4. Move onto free weights, using bar and dumbells. Again, a variety of exercises, depending on how energetic you feel, and stick to 30 - 40% max weight load.
5. Stomach work on the floor, then finish with more stretching.

The whole round can be completed in 50 - 60 minutes, so easy to fit into a busy schedule.
